Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy 

All price sare in US dollars. Buyer pays a less than actual rate for shipping,handling, and insurance on all items as a thank you for shopping with us. We also combine shipping to lessen your costs. 

Canada: Shipping and handling within Canada by Regular Post is a flat rate. Delivery time is approximately 6 business days. If you require your item sooner, we offer an option for approximately 2 business days for $17.50 USD. Please contact us for this shipping option. 

International: Shipping and handling within the United States is a flat rate. Delivery time is approximately 7-12 business days. If you require delivery confirmation and coverage up to $100, we offer a shipping option for $16.50 USD. Please contact us for this shipping option. If you require your item in 3-4 business days, the total will be $32.50 USD. Please contact us for this option. 

Other International Shipping: Shipping outside the USA and Canada is a flat rate If you require coverage including tracking, the total is $45.50 USD. Please contact us for this shipping option.

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction and to protect both buyer and seller, we have developed a fair and generous return policy.


Return Policy Procedure

1. If you are not pleased with your purchase, simply contact us by email or phone within 15 days of purchase to arrange for its return.

2. We will respond within 24 hours on weekdays, or 72 hours, if contacted over the weekend, to offer you the choice of a refund of the purchase price (not including shipping), exchange, or in-store credit.

3. You will ship the item back to the shop within 3 business days of our acknowledgement. The item must be returned via an agreed upon carrier, in its original packaging (box and internal padding included), insured (if available) for its purchased price, and must be received in the same condition as when it was shipped to you.
We recommend you use delivery tracking.
The buyer pays for return shipping and insurance.

After we verify the returned item is as originally sent, we will honor our agreement for a full refund, exchange or in-store credit within 3 business days.

  • NOTE: Items damaged in shipping  are handled separately as described immediately below.


Damaged Item Procedure

  • Please contact us immediately (preferably BEFORE you open the item) if you notice it has been damaged in shipping and we will guide you through the return process.
  • Please do not return items damaged in shipment, as doing so will void the shipping insurance.
  • Claims should be made through the original shipping agent. Guidelines for insurance claims vary by carrier so please check with the carrier for specific instructions.
  • Be sure to retain all original packaging as well as all pieces of the damaged item, as the shipping agent will request to examine them.

A restocking fee of 20% the item’s value may be charged. We do not charge a restocking fee in the following instances:

1. The item is damaged in some way. We take many photos so any damage will be apparent in the photos. Whether or not there is damage to the item that we missed when prior to shipment is up to the discretion of the administrator of this website.

2. The incorrect item was shipped.


All other instances will require a 20% restocking fee for returns. 

This site is provided for the purpose of selling our products. Cookies are used to store your shipping and shopping cart information only. We do not share our customer data base with anyone. All your information is private and never used in any way other than to process your payment,  ship your order, and send occasional emails to our subscribers.

This shop offers a layaway plan for purchases. The Return Policy does not apply to layaway purchases, and Layaway Plans are flexible and may vary by order. Please contact us to arrange the terms for your layaway purchase. Below are some basic guidelines.
